Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Sales and Administrative Assistant for one of our clients, a company located in the south of Brussels and specialized in providing rental and maintenance solutions. You will play an active role in the sales administrative organisation of a key department within the company. Missions are to be executed in Brussels. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits. Our client offers a permanent contract.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Retaining and developing existing customers
- Improving the efficiency of the after-sales service department
- Managing internal review and business review based on clients’ meetings
- Follow-up on customers’ orders, supplies and invoices
- Assist with other administrative and IT activities for the office
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in French and Dutch (written and spoken), a good command of English is a plus
- You have a commercial or administrative degree or you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar function
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Stress-resilient, flexible, sales and service oriented
- Proactive, team-player yet autonomous
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
