Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for one of our clients, a company located in the north of Brussels and specialized in providing rental and maintenance solutions. You will play a key role in the administrative and logistical organisation of the after-sales service. Missions are to be executed in Brussels. Salary package : monthly salary in line with experience plus fringe benefits.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Retaining and developing existing customers
- Claims management
- Phone calls management
- Follow-up on customers’ orders, supplies and invoices
- Assist with other administrative and logistics activities for the office
Essential Skills and Experience :
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) with good notions of Dutch
- Excellent organisational skills
- Stress-resilient, detail and sales oriented, proactive
- Efficient, proactive, team-player yet autonomous
- Good knowledge of Windows (Word, Excel and Outlook)
