The successful applicant must possess the desire to succeed as well as the ability to act on their own initiative. Ideally this candidate must have experience providing admin support within the energy sector. This is a highly varied role that will require the successful applicant to carry out the following duties day-to-day:
Supporting sales and account managers with the processing of sales
Handling all inbound calls
Managing a busy inbox
Managing of internal CRM systems
Creating quotes and proposals for clients
Expert creation of reports in line with the requirements of the team and business performance
Maintenance of accurate client account details including updating all prospective client databases and CRM
Managing of the sales inbox
Support Sales Manager with ad hoc duties
We are looking for an individual with excellent levels of communication, interpersonal and IT skills as well as the ability to time manage and organise their own as well as the team's schedule.
