An award winning firm are looking for an experienced administrator for a varied and in depth role within their insurance department. With a national portfolio, this business boasts a fantastic reputation as well as a diverse and varied working environment. Within this role, you will be required to manage the administrative workload for the function including the following tasks day-to-day:

Professional management of all insurance queries and requests including liaison with tenants and landlords
Property management reporting including analysis
Involvement in the renewal process in support of the Company Secretary
Monitoring and reviewing processes
Management of the closure process

You will ideally possess prior administrative/ secretarial experience within a similar administrative capacity and be able to commute to the offices located south of Birmingham. You will act as the sole administrative support to this department and therefore should take responsibility for your own workload whilst successfully working as part of the wider team.
