Established, successful Wealth Management firm based in Surrey with an extensive and growing portfolio of HNW clients are looking for an experienced, proactive PA to support their COO. You will join a friendly, professional team, the COO is highly experienced and has long tenure with the firm, supportive of staff, interesting and a delight to work with!! You will predominately be based in the Surrey office five days weekly.
The role is extremely varied to include full business PA support duties including extensive high level diaries and email management, organizing business travel for the COO with meeting agendas and relevant documentation, business cards, client packs and presentations, organizing investor/client/stakeholders meetings therefore you will be able to develop a strong rapport with the COO’s client base. You will be privy to highly confidential investment/financial information therefore discretion is key, you will attend meetings with your COO and take meeting minutes during Board meetings, following up with client / stakeholders, updating client information along with finance support; processing expenses for the COO and direct team if required.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, a team player, with strong communication skills.
