A leading Financial and Corporate Consultancy are looking for an office assistant to join their team in their London offices on a temporary basis, with the possibility of going permanent for the right candidate. This role will be extremely varied and fast-paced therefore they are looking for a proactive self-starter with a muck-in attitude and a strong work ethic. This role is perfect for someone who has plenty of hospitality or retail experience with some exposure within an office environment and looking to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for the general keeping of the office, booking meeting rooms, IT queries, organising and managing stock and inventory, manually inputting timesheets and expenses as well as general assistance for the team. You will be someone who works well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and is a natural multi-tasker. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, able to work independently, as well as work collaboratively with the rest of the team, and has the drive to learn and grow with the company. Someone who takes initiative to adapt and improve processes within the business would fit this role perfectly.
