As the first person in this company with a dedicated admin role, you will have the opportunity to shape the role and potentially build out a team over time. Your main goal will be to free up the Founder's time, help senior colleagues succeed in their roles and make the company run more efficiently.
The role is hybrid with 2/3 days per week in their London offices. They offer a starting annual basic salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience, with flexible working practices. You will join a young and dynamic team with an entrepreneurial culture where you can shape how they work and make a real contribution to the company’s growth.
You will report directly to the company’s Founder and support all four members of the Senior Management Team as well as for other team members on specific tasks/projects. The goal is to ease pinch points in the business and establish or improve our processes in areas such as staff hiring and onboarding, organising team events, calendar scheduling, customer onboarding, office procedures, expense management and much more.
As the ideal candidate, you will be a self-starter with high energy who is good at building relationships and enjoys getting stuff done. You will be comfortable managing situations and taking decisions. You will thrive on variety and be always flexible and pragmatic.
