A rapidly expanding Private Equity firm based in the heard of Mayfair are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PA/Office Manager to join the team. The role will report into the current PA and will have the opportunity to oversee the admin team in the long term.
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with 5-8 years of experience since graduating. They should have previous PA/Office Manager experience, ideally within a boutique finance setting, but this is not essential. In addition to this you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and show a demonstrable level of organisation.
The role is varied and busy, and will involve meeting and greeting clients, events management, coordinating diaries and travel, and other administrative tasks. This is a hybrid role, with 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home, paying between £35k and £45k.
