A hugely successful boutique finance firm are seeking a highly driven, all-rounder to join their team as a corporate receptionist/PA in the City of London! Starting immediately, they are looking for a dynamic, experienced corporate Receptionist that has worked within a fast paced boutique finance and who looking wanting to develop their PA duties.
Working within a fast-paced environment, your duties will be multi-dimensional from detailed office diary management to confidentially transferring telephone calls. You must have had previous experience liaising with internal and external clients of all level’s seniority and having exceptional Microsoft and Outlook skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will have had 5-7 years’ experience as a Corporate Receptionist post university or college and have worked within financial services for a considerably amount of time.
