Events Administrator (ID:12612)
A charity based in Birmingham is looking for an events and operations administrator to join them until July. They are a lovely company who need someone who can come in and hit the ground running as they are going through a period of massive period of growth. They pride themselves on being a super welcoming and supportive company who deliver high quality solutions which last.
Some key responsibilities:
• General Administrative support for the broader team.
• HR admin support, dealing with any annual leave and absences as well as maintaining an up to date record on their system.
• Helping co-ordinate their events to insure smooth running, as well as maintaining effective and efficient administration of all the events.
• Dealing with external stakeholders as well as communicating efficiently with all team members.
This role requires someone with one to two years’ experience in operations administration or events administration. This is ideal form someone who is looking to work for a wonderful company while having a varied role where no two days are the same, this also means that this role is perfect for someone who can work in an environment with no structure.
