An innovative and forward-thinking tech company based in Central London are looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team on a 6-8 month contract starting in April. The ideal candidate will have experience as an EA in a corporate environment and be excited by the opportunity to work for a progressive tech firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and diary, ensuring they are up-to-date and organised at all times
- Coordinate events, both internal and external, ensuring they run smoothly and to schedule
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required by the CEO
- Arrange travel and accommodation, including the logistics around this
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and other events as required
Requirements:
- Experience as an EA in a corporate environment
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and able to work independently
