TEMP RECEPTIONIST – up to 6 months! (ID:13113)
Prestigious, very successful consultancy based in a fantastic Central London location needs an equally impressive individual for a busy Reception/Front of House role.
It’s a busy and fun role in a very friendly and supportive environment with great colleagues.
You will be:
- Answering phones – it’s very busy!
- Greeting and welcoming guests
- An important lynchpin between colleagues and clients
- Managing an inbox
- Carrying out Projects and Research
- Running the office – ordering supplies etc
- Hours – Mon – Fri, 8 am to 6 pm
You will need:
- Excellent communication skills – articulate on the phone and in person
- To be intelligent, quick, savvy and able to multi-task
- A flexible and ‘nothing’s too much trouble’ attitude
- To be solution driven with lots of common sense and initiative
- To be organised, efficient with excellent time management
- To have high attention to detail and great accuracy
- To be very smartly presented
- Ideally some experience where you have worked in a fast-moving environment
with lots of people contact, where you have had to ‘think on your feet’
On-going temp contract – ideally 4 - 6 months
