Reception Administrator (ID:13119)
A fantastic professional services company based near Five Ways is looking for a switched-on and proactive individual for a full-time permanent position. This business is ever growing and boasts slick offices in the heart of Birmingham. We are looking for an individual educated to GCSE level or higher with excellent levels of IT literacy including all Microsoft Office packages. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Managing the front of house area
Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring they are well looked after
Managing the meeting rooms
Handling all calls, taking messages via a switchboard
Coordination of electronic diaries and inboxes as well as full document management
Support of the Practise Manager as well as the wider team of 40 in relation to document and projects needs
Excellent development of working relationships both internally and externally
Professional and efficient reception tasks including meet and greet of clients, telephone management, and handling of post
Management of conference room bookings and presentation in line with Directors needs in relation to catering requests
Contribution to the wider businesses goals and values for the benefit of all stakeholders
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone with extensive reception/ administration experience keen to work within a forward-thinking company with amazing offices (parking too!!) This role is full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5pm. The successful candidate will have strong communication and organisational skills and have a strong work ethic.
