An exciting International Property company based in Battersea is seeking a Senior HR Manager. Duties will include managing two direct HR reports, managing HR budgets and assisting with legal compliance and senior corporate functions. You will manage the recruitment process and publish job descriptions as well as establish and manage preferred suppliers lists and liaise with recruitment companies to secure suitable candidates. You will also be responsible for managing the compensations and benefits programme as well as handling the annual performance appraisals as well as monitoring and managing the monthly payroll processing and pensions administration. You will also design and implement the performance management strategy and support line manages with identifying under performance case as well as coaching and  mentoring of new managers. Duties will include employee relations programmes, absence management and preparation of employment contracts as well as being in charge of the disciplinary and grievance procedure. You will also manage training needs and promote and implement wellness programmes and team building events tom improve staff morale. Responsibilities will include managing the office administration function including office supplies and managing ad-hoc projects. 

The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and a Degree with a strong HR Generalist background including employment law knowledge and previous HR Management experience. You will have prior employee relations experience including strong stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to multi-task with excellent attention to detail together with strong excel skills. You will be a role model and be able to lead by example with an ability to remain professional at all times. Previous experience of working for an international company would be a huge advantage
