You will be working for an international recruitment company with an 1 in 2 placement compared to the recruitment industry average of 1 in 8 with opportunities for internal, international movement to Paris, New York and Brussels.
The Operations Coordinator graduate scheme is a 3–6-month program and helps graduates gain the relevant experience to become a recruitment consultant. Once completing the graduate scheme, you will move onto being a trainee recruitment consultant. The daily activities of the role include CV sourcing, collating leads, answering phone calls, running meetings, and welcoming candidates and clients into the office.
You will be recruiting for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, HR advisors, Team Assistants, Marketing Assistants and More!!!
