EA/Office Manager required in an international boutique finance firm in the West End! A small office of 20 people with their HQ based in Central Europe is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager. Duties will include supporting 3 Principals from Eastern Europe and one Partner. Responsibilities will include diary and travel arrangements, meeting organisation and preparation of power point and expenses. 20% of the role will also include office management duties such as facilities management and IT support as well as budgeting and purchasing. This role is five days office based and you will work alongside another Receptionist and another EA.

Knowledge of other European languages such as Croatian, Czech, and Polish is also highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years PA experience within financial services and have some office management experience or be keen to take this on as extra responsibilities.
