In this role reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead, this role will focus mainly on communications with clients via phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager’s to Compliance and Onboarding team. The ideal candidate needs to have excellent written and verbal skills, and be numerate! This role also includes a range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads.
You will also need to assist in getting clients personal information added to our system to helping the rest of the team with emails and data processing, calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information, updating this on their systems and running documents through verification checks to assist our compliance team with routine Account Reviews.
Office based in by Pimlico, standard 9am-6pm hours.
