Customer Service Administrator! Busy medical-tech firm, mostly remote working - great for grads! (ID:13355)
This is an amazing customer service administrator role for a medical app to start ASAP! Looking for a candidate to start asap, and will be an ongoing assignment. This is a mainly remote role, however you will be expected in the office ad hoc. The office is based in Waterloo, and hours are 06:30am-10:30pm - (8 hour shifts amongst the team, 30 mins for lunch – the schedule is always released 2 weeks/1 month in advance) so could work 06:30am – 14:30 or even 14:30 – 22:30. Candidates will be required to undertake administrative tasks, such as sending files to healthcare practices, and supporting the booking of patients into the app by checking patient records prior to the appointment. You will also be supporting the GP’s live whilst they are working on the service to ensure all their queries are resolved, as well as dealing with tech related queries so you most be comfortable with a computer.
The ideal candidate needs to be computer literature, and have strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be adaptive and a problem solver, with the ability to work in time constraints. You will be working from home majority, so you must be an autonomous worker who is proactive!
