TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE RELATIONS TEAM MANAGER! 2-3 months, potential on going (ID:13430)
An exciting opportunity has arisen in an international professional services firm. This role is to start asap, on a two-three month temporary position, which could potentially be ongoing! This role will provide commercial advice and guidance to HR, People Managers and business stakeholders on sensitive matters related to employee relations. You will be responsible for day-to-day team management, and coaching of an ER Advisor and Assistant ER Manager.
Ideal candidate will have current knowledge of employment law, firm policies and practices to manage ER cases from advice, investigation, and support. Therefore the candidate enquires experience working in employee relations, before - with strong knowledge on employment law and practical interpretation. As well as proven experience of working at management level, and effectively managing a small team.
