We are currently seeking a proficient Office Manager to join a thriving and reputable law firm in their Birmingham office on a full time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be overseeing all administration processes to ensure business is run efficiently, liaising with managers and directors to maintain a consistent approach towards administration services. 

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Liaising with several departments within the business

• Monitoring and reviewing office procedures

• Assisting with HR to onboard new starters

• Maintaining good relationships with all staff on site

• Organising and assisting with marketing events

• Ensuring support staff are trained on appropriate systems for proper performance

The role requires the right candidate to be able to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines, whilst possessing strong leadership and management skills. This is a great role for someone with Office Management experience, ideally from a professional services background, looking to expand their career in a fantastic organisation.
