Our client is a globally renowned finance company who help businesses move money around the world. They are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join their friendly team in their brand new office. You will be reporting into the Customer Service Team Lead and working closely with different teams ranging from Relationship Managers to Compliance and the Onboarding team.
This position pays £14 per hour, and you will have the chance to work from home up to 3 days a week! There will typically be a pay increase after 6 months, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth and development within the company.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for communicating with their clients via their phone system, live chat, and shared mailboxes. You will also be helping with emails, data processing, updating client information on their system, and running documents through verification checks.
The ideal candidate should have previous customer service experience, a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. An interest in Financial Services would be preferred!
