We are seeking a diligent Commercial Assistant to join a trendy tech firm in their Solihull based office! This is a temporary role which is likely to turn permanent once placed in the role.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Commercial Services Manager, joining and supporting the wider admin team carry out daily admin duties. This is a hybrid working role (3 days in the office, 2 working from home) and requires someone with previous administration experience.

Some of the responsibilities will entail:

• Accurately executing company processes
• Dealing directly with customers and suppliers to sort procedures and reach KPIs
• Building positive relationships both internally and externally within the organisation
• Responsible for meeting targets
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required on the day

This role requires someone who possesses excellent listening skills to identify and analyse problems. Computer literacy will be vital in this role, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
