Based in the West End, my client is a cool and creative tech company known for their diverse office environment and forward-thinking approach. They are recruiting for a Operations Coordinator to take ownership of the front desk, management of meeting rooms, facilities management, assisting with projects, and carrying out office administration tasks, for the next 2-3 months.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years' previous experience in a similar role eg. Reception Manager, Office Manager, Operations Manager within a corporate environment. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills as you will be liaising with key stakeholder across all levels of the business. You will be a self-starter, confident, with a ‘muck in’ attitude and able to prioritize workload.
