A highly successful, boutique and social Private Equity company are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join them ASAP, ideally June.
This will initially be a 13/14 month maternity contract, however they will try and keep this person on permanently if the opportunity arises.
The role will be based from their stunning offices in the heart of the West-End with every single perk you could possibly imagine. This sociable industry-leading company is the ultimate to work for – they really look after their staff and offer enviable perks and benefits, plus working hours of 9-5.30pm. Their support staff really are the cream of the crop, going above and beyond to be the best. They are a close-knit team regularly socialising together.
This meaty, multi-faceted Office Manager role is suited to someone that loves likes to be busy, is confident working at pace and has experience managing vendors and numerous office and facilities projects.
You will certainly not be bored in this role; managing 3 different sites and all their building/facilities and maintenance issues, carrying out daily inspections, manage multi-million pound refurbishment projects, overseeing security and vendor contracts plus so much more.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years Office Management/Facilities Management experience and have a fantastic muck-in, can-do attitude. It is essential that this person is exceptionally organised and efficient. A naturally cool, calm and collect professional Office Manager with very strong communication skills.
