In this role supporting the MD you will play a pivotal part in being the office glue and implementing all things culture, as well as helping to drive the business forward through the efficiency of the MD.

The role will be enormously varied; gate-keeping, diary management, attending meetings with the MD and following up on action points, arranging lots of travel, compiling business reports, tying up emails, and lots of adhoc personal requests and personal research. In this role you will also be managing all things in relation to company socials, help support the extremely busy HR Manager and liaise with other senior board members.

They are ideally looking for a minimum of 2 years PA experience supporting at MD/C-suite level. It is essential that this person has very strong communication skills, understands the luxury world/sourcing luxury items, is well-spoken and has a good education. Personality is absolutely key; charming, bubbly, good sense of humour, upbeat and confident. Lastly, someone that loves being a PA, is quick to respond, and cares about their boss and providing exceptional levels of support.
