An outstanding boutique finance company with truly stunning West End offices and a very friendly and sociable environment, needs an articulate, intelligent and sparky individual to join them as their Front of House/Receptionist. You will be an ambassador for their Company so it’s an important role and one that they take very seriously.

As first point of contact for clients, you will be dealing with incredibly influential and high-profile individuals from the UK and internationally. Whether it be by phone, email or in person, you need to be charming, upbeat and able to think on your feet. The successful candidate will be keen to learn and have a flexible outlook and be happy to be involved in whatever projects need doing – overflow PA duties, research, scheduling meetings.

This receptionist position is ideal for someone who is ambitious, driven and wants to get their foot on that ladder as this Company really looks after their staff (people very rarely leave!) and there is always lots of scope for career progression as evidenced by recent hires. It’s also an impressive company to have on your CV for someone keen to build their career.

Some Front of House/Reception experience would be ideal…….. but equally anyone with client facing experience could work well. You need to be well spoken, immaculately presented with a genuine sense of humour and good work ethic.
