Outstanding and immaculate Receptionist needed for a very high profile, prestigious boutique finance firm based in stunning London offices.
It's an amazing opportunity and a brilliant company to work for. It's essential that their Receptionist is an outstanding ambassador for their Company and brand and that their Receptionist fully understands the importance of always delivering a 5* service.
It's a very busy Receptionist job! You will be working with exceptionally friendly and collaborative colleagues and will be meeting and greeting VIP clients, answering phones, organising meeting rooms and dealing with administration when it arises.
We are looking for a Receptionist with:
- 2 years+ reception/FOH experience gained in a busy, fast-paced, slick company - ideally boutique finance.
- Excellent phone manner essential - you need to be professional, articulate, quick, accurate.
- Confident communication skills - you need to be warm, smiley and someone who builds a rapport with ease
- Organised and efficient - you need to take accurate messages, use your initiative, be on the ball and always aware of what is going on
- Very smart presentation - you need to take pride in your appearance and always look immaculate - polished and well groomed
- Personality - a flexible and can-do attitude is essential, always going the extra mile. A calm approach to problem solving is essential.
