A global food brand are looking for an office manager to join them in their offices in the heart of London. You will be joining a vibrant and friendly team, sitting alongside the HR partner and HR manager. This is an incredible opportunity to join a market leader and add a credible name to your CV. This would be a temporary position on a 3-month basis.
We are looking for someone who is a proactive self-starter with a muck-in attitude. You will be someone who can work independently, use your initiative, have impeccable communication skills, and can engage with all members of the team for senior partners to graduates.
This role will be incredibly varied role as well as traditional office manager duties you will be responsible for some building maintenance, orders, budgets, team and company communications, some front-of-house duties as well as organising company socials and events. You will be a well-rounded individual who can turn your hand to any task, able to muck in whenever required, and be happy to help. You will be joining a vibrant team of hard-working and impressive individuals in a team that has a real sense of community.
