We are currently recruiting a Receptionist/ Office Assistant for one of our clients, a dynamic law firm located in the heart of Brussels.
- Responsible for the daily planning of the meeting rooms
- Responsible for an impeccable state of the client area
- Welcome clients
- Prepare meeting rooms
- Organise breakfast and/or lunch for meetings and seminars
- Book taxi’s, restaurants and hotels
- Make copies and/or printouts for clients
- Modify flights and train tickets
- Help in the organisation of internal events
- Dutch or French native or equivalent and Fluent in English and the other national language
- Experience in a similar position (Receptionist, hostess...)
- Experince in the hospitality sector is a plus
- Very good presentation and positive minded
- Reliable, result-oriented, service-minded, stress resistant and flexible
- Good attention to detail and natural ability to work accurately and independently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Excellent knowledge on MS Office
