A leading and rapidly growing finance company are looking for a Customer Service Associate on a long term temporary basis, with the opportunity to work from home as well as their offices in Central London.

This will be a fast-paced and varied role where some responsibilities include; communications with clients via our phone systems, live chat, and email which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager to the Compliance and Onboarding team Along with, Data processing, calling clients and updating systems.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in and experience within the financial services industry and one or more years in a customer service role. You will be a strong communicator and a natural rapport builder, flexible and adaptable.
