Can you speak Mandarin? Are you a recent graduate with customer service experience? Would you like to work in a lavish office in London? Look no further, my client is looking for a Mandarin speaker who can join their wonderful family feel team. This is a great chance for graduates to land their first role on the corporate ladder!!
Key Duties:
• Communication with clients
• Answering phone calls in a timely manner
• Answering emails
• Assisting with administration tasks
• Data processing
• Running documents through verification checks
Background:
• Strong work ethic
• Good communicator- verbal and written
• Strong numerical skills
• An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
• Ability to speak mandarin
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience in customer facing roles.
Salary: £14+
