This role is working in a boutique environment in a stunning location in Mayfair, the team work with a flexible approach, despite no set WFH days the team honour working from home frequently when the team are travelling and during holiday periods.

As a Team EA you will have three focusses in your day to day; right-hand EA support to the Head of International Private Equity, overflow administration and organisation of the team and taking ownership and pride in managing the private equity floor/office space. As the business work with high-end clientele, it is paramount you act as ambassador for the team, meeting, greeting and welcoming any guests on behalf of the company.

Having prior team assistance / administrative support experience is a must to hit the ground running with this impressive team. You will be adaptable in your approach, have a muck-in attitude with the view of no job being too big or too small.
