Building Host (ID:15945)
A established property company is looking for a building host to join their team in Birmingham, this role is the perfect role to jump start your career in the corporate world after coming out of hospitality. This company prides itself on delivering a first class service to all their customers and clients. You will need to provide an effective and efficient reception and administrative support service. To support the General/Facilities Manager(s) in respect of building maintenance, tenant liaison, health and safety, facilities/helpdesk coordination and ad hoc tasks.
Some key responsibilities:
• Meeting and greeting visitors and booking them into the CRM system, and dealing with any incoming phone calls and transferring them where needed.
• General administration, dealing with post, scanning and copying.
• Dealing with any building maintenance issues as well as aiding on carrying out any necessary checks.
• Helping the general manager where needed and taking on any adhoc duties where necessary.
This role needs someone who loves working and interacting with people on the day to day, someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously is essential.
