Great opportunity for an experienced HR professional and strategic HR leader with a passion for driving organisational growth and employee success. As Head of Department, you will be a decision maker with Immediate focus on building and embedding a strong performance management system and reducing the ER risks. Based at the London HQ on a hybrid working basis, your responsibilities will spread across all sites including a number of leisure/entertainment venues. A corporate/professional environment, 150-200ppl.
Previous experience in a senior HR role – 2 years minimum in HR manager or Head of HR role
High end hospitality background – Hotels, Luxury, HNW/5* service driven environment an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures, as well as employment law and regulations.
Some experience managing a team of HR professionals and collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Previous experience of facilitating diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity in the workplace.
