A globally-renowned Financial institution is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager to work in their Knightsbridge office. This role is based in the office 5 days-a-week and the employer is offering £50,000-£60,000 as well as a discretionary bonus.
Responsibilities of the role include: processing expenses, ordering of office supplies, liaising with vendors and contractors, ensuring Health & Safety procedures are being adhered to, event coordination, calendar management, organising meetings and meeting and greeting guests and clients.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' office management experience, be competent at establishing and maintaining relationships in addition to possessing strong organisational, teamwork and communication skills.
