Great opportunity for an experienced professional services/corporate Account Manager/Client servicing, to join a innovative global software/business services company. Working remotely with the occasional visit to the London office, the role is to oversee the delivery and support of their software to clients. Due to expansion and a long term project with a client in Saudi, Arabic language ideal but not essential.
Due to working with legal documents, familiar with jargon, experience in this field or perhaps a degree in law, perhaps an English degree could be advantageous. A superb eye for detail and excellent written skills are essential.
Core hours 9-5.30pm however some flex is needed due to the 2 hour time zone difference.
The successful candidate will have AM or CS experience, gained from professional services.
Strong communication skills, able to communicate confidently at senior level
A self starter, work autonomously - a professional outlook, able to build rapport.
Able to work at speed, a problem solver who takes pride in their work.
Ideally speak Arabic, English to mother tongue standard.
