Are you an experienced PA and seeking the perfect role to transition you into the world of PR and Communications?
A leading energy company are in need of an experienced PA / Communications Coordinator to provide support to the VP of Communications and the wider team with:
- Diary management, travel arrangements, and inbox management (for VP)
- Projects and event organisation
- Managing budgets
- Meeting room scheduling
- Publishing content
- Manage subscriptions to media outlets
Ideally you will have 3-5 years of PA experience, knowledge of working with agencies and suppliers, as well as an interest in communications or PR. We are looking for someone with the confidence to voice suggestions, adaptable, loves problem-solving, and wants to learn and develop.
