The role will be based on Reception at their stunning and corporately-run offices in Central London but the role is 50% Reception/50% EA to the Global Head of HR of Corporate Functions. You will encompass the very essence of the brand ensuring that every visitor to the company experiences a unique, exclusive and 6* level of service.
Extremely busy, this varied role will certainly keep you on your toes, so you need to be a natural with people, diplomatic, well-presented, professional but above all else build a rapport and leave a lasting positive impression. There is huge scope for progression into this supportive, dynamic and reputable global organisation.
From answering the phones, meeting and greeting guests and VIPs, arranging couriers, organising events, making sure the office looks immaculate and managing office supplies to EA support such as diary management, travel bookings, expenses, event organisation and more.

They are looking for someone with EA/PA experience in a busy office environment – the candidate must have managed diaries and booked travel as well as having some form of client-facing experience.
