Diary Management: Efficiently manage the schedules of the CEO and Director, ensuring optimal time management and coordination of meetings and appointments.
Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics, ensuring smooth and hassle-free trips.
Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders.
Administrative Support: Undertake various administrative tasks to enhance the efficiency of the executive team.
