HR Support Administrator - FTC (ID:16385)
A fantastic international consultancy based in Birmingham is seeking a talented and driven HR Administrator to contribute to a lively and dynamic team environment, all whilst taking control of an array of HR processes and really adding value to the business. This role is an initial 5-month FTC working hybrid paying up to £25.5K. This is a rare opportunity to secure an all-round HR position within a reputable professional services firm. You will be involved with on-boarding, learning and development, events, training and a range of administrative duties. This role sits within the global Shared Service team and requires prior Shared Service HR experience.
The role will primarily involve working closely with all teams to manage working relationships, coordinating events and ensuring the set-up is seamless, maintaining employee records, handling a variety of correspondence via email and phone, assisting with financial admin such as invoices and purchase orders, contribution to improving systems and processes, organisation of learning and training activities and preparation of all relevant documentation. This really is a hands-on, administrative role which will require a strong attention to detail, an ability to communicate at all levels and a strong ability to make quick decisions. You will be responsible for all onboarding and offboarding, handling queries, assisting recruitment and amended contracts.
