A fantastic opportunity to join a boutique property services business in Central London. This is fantastic to be part of a fast-paced business and develop the overall marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for:

· Creating and delivering the annual marketing plans

· Writing engaging and on brand copy for individual brands

· Designing marketing collateral – including pre-launch activity and ongoing activations

· Create and delivery marketing, PR and digital collateral for of any new property developments

· Manage all PR requests through external agency and execute PR strategies.

· Ensure the brand values and services are promoted in the most effective and professional manner.

To be considered for the role you will match the following :

· Currently be a Marketing Manager or experienced Senior Marketing Executive

· A background in the built environment, architecture, real estate, property developer or management.

· Have excellent copy writing skills and a good eye for design

· Experienced in digital communications

· Strong project management skills with a focus on marketing execution.

· Experience working with external agencies and freelancers.
