Hybrid, full-time permanent role offering up to £22,000 per annum.

An exciting opportunity to work for a multi-national consultancy as part of their Accounts Team has become available! Based in Birmingham, the successful applicant will be supporting the Accounts Team with various administrative tasks in this progressive role, as well as working closely with both the Credit Control and Sales Ledger Team to support the wider business.

Key responsibilities of the role would include:

  • Setting up, managing and maintaining client portals, including adding sales invoices, and creating portals to prepare new account set-ups
  • Managing and coordinating purchase orders and the purchase order mailbox, liaising with various teams across the business to obtain purchase orders from clients
  • Reviewing purchase orders prior to invoicing to ensure quality control; that orders match the assignment
  • Processing payments; communicating with clients to revise submitted invoices when required
  • Email and phone monitoring; answering client queries in a helpful and professional manner
