A leading consultancy based in Birmingham City Centre are currently searching for a diligent, creative and innovative Marketing Manager to lead their team of 2. Directly reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis to help lead on all areas of B2B marketing. Ideally you will have experience as a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager within a professional services setting such as legal, financial services or property and be keen to work within a close knit but leading consultancy set up. This role is full time, permanent and offers hybrid working with salary being dependent on experience.
Day to day duties may include:
• Producing first class, thought leadership pieces such as blog posts, social media, website and other written content.
• Providing content support for the fee earners
• Managing and coordinating the monthly newsletter
• Leading on all branding
• Leading on any website development
• Managing the social media schedule
• Managing their internal CRM systems to utilise for any business development
• Leading on all events
The ideal candidate will have solid experience B2B Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Executive experience from within professional services. You will have worked within a full generalist role and enjoy working within a collaborative environment. Ideally you will have reported directly into a Managing Director previously and be keen to want to work within a corporate setting. Excellent written skills are key and an eye for detail alongside excellent stakeholder management skills.
