An esteemed energy company, based in London, is on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organised Personal Assistant/Business Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Vice President of the Communications Team as well as lending additional support to the wider team .
- Diary Management: Skillfully manage the VP’s busy calendar, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
- Events Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, both for the VP and the wider team, including logistics, venue coordination, hotel bookings and travel arrangements
- Purchase Order Management: Take charge of raising purchase orders for the VP, demonstrating precision and attention to detail in all financial transactions.
- Team Support: Extend your support to the broader team by undertaking general administrative tasks for the London office, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities
- Data Management: Maintain and update media and supplier lists, ensuring accuracy of contact details for organisations and stakeholders
- Demonstrable organisational and diary management skills
- Previous experience in a similar PA/Business Assistant role
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Sharepoint would be desirable
