Our client, a well-established tech company located near Temple Station, is seeking an immediately available Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to join their team for a period of 3-6 months!

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients and guests. Your main responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, assisting with inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires an individual who possesses exceptional communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Utilize CRM systems to record and track client interactions effectively.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt and efficient customer support.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional phone manner and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Energetic, proactive, and friendly personality with a positive attitude.
