We provide both permanent and interim contracts.
We are currently recruiting a Billing Assistant for one of our clients, an international company located in Brussels. The Billing Assistant will be in charge of managing the billing process : create, review, correct and send invoices. Salary package : competitive salary package in line with experience.
The role is inclusive of, but not limited to :
- Ensure that client invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner
- Work closely with clients to resolve any billing issues and ensure that payments are received on time
- Update records with new payments and customer information
- Monitor client pipeline through a Control System
- Prepare reports and documents related to invoices
Essential Skills and Experience :
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
- You have a very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- You have 2 years of relevant experience in Professional or Legal Services Billing
- You have good communication and organizational skills
- You are a service-oriented team player
