Receptionist / Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Screen calls, take messages and meet and greet guests and clients
- Manage meeting rooms
- Ordering of office supplies
- Ensure Health & Safety and fire restrictions are being adhered to
- Some ad hoc PA cover
Receptionist / Office Manager Experience:
- 2+ years' experience working in a similar role
- Well-presented and warm personality
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication, IT and organisational skills
