• Performance Tracking:

Maintain and monitor online dashboards using the Ant BI application, akin to Power BI and Tableau.

Track sales performance metrics, evaluating performance against established targets and process indicators.

• Performance Operation:

Provide vital support for performance operation processes.

Maintain performance-related documents with precision.

Coordinate regular sales performance review sessions.

Calculate sales incentives/partner rebates accurately.

Address general queries from the sales team efficiently.

• Report Reconciliation:

Monitor and review CRM (Salesforce) client labels in collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure precise performance tracking.

Regularly reconcile parallel data reports to maintain consistency in performance reporting.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in performance/sales operations.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel) is a definite asset.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.

• Language proficiency: Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is considered an asset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
