German Speaking Customer Service Associate (ID:17004)
My client is looking for a Customer Service Associate to start IMMEDIATELY!
YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SPEAK GERMAN!!!
What does the role involve:
- communications with clients via our phone system, live chat and shared mailboxes which includes working closely with a number of different teams ranging from our Relationship Manager’s to our Compliance and Onboarding team
- Range of technical Foreign Exchange tasks such as calculating rates and spreads and booking trades for clients as well as manually entering them into our systems and assisting Relationship Managers with administrative trade tasks.
- Adding clients’ personal information to the system and helping the rest of the team with emails and data processing,
- Calling out to clients to obtain KYC (know your customer) information - updating this on systems
- Running documents through verification checks to assist the compliance team with routine Account Reviews.
- Helping migrate clients over to a new platform – assist with this and answer any queries that may arise
Requirements:
- Finance grad/background/interest in financial services
- 1 year+ of customer service experience
- Strong work ethic
- Good communicator, both verbal and written
- Strong numerical skills
- An interest in Financial Services would be preferred
