Performance Operation Specialist
£18ph – 12-month contact
Based in the City – 5 days

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor online dashboards on Ant BI applications to track performance metrics.
  • Support performance operation processes. Calculating sales initiatives/ partner rebates
  • Handling general queries from the sales team.
  • Monitoring and reviewing CRM client labels.
  • Speaking with business stakeholders and reconcile parallel data reports to review and monitor performance tracking.

Requirements:
  • 2 years + in performance / sales operations.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and CRM is ideal but not required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is ideal.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
